Applications open at the beginning of each semester following the University Meet The B-Orgs event. Our informational nights include an overview of the club, introduction to the executive board team, and an explanation of the recruitment process.

Candidate Expectations

  • Possess (or have aptitude for) technical knowledge
  • Have the poise, demeanor and comfort level speaking with senior professionals across multiple corporate fields – partners, clients and members of other investment banking institutions
  • Demonstrate the drive and the ability to pay attention to details and to learn continuously
  • Display a commitment towards the pursuit of deeper understanding of capital markets and the investment banking industry
  • Strong academic profile

First Round Interviews

The following week after applications, interviews will be conducted by executive team members and cover both behavioral and technical questions.

 

Final Round Interviews

Following first round interviews, a final round interview will be administered. Interviews will be conducted by executive team members and cover both behavioral and technical questions. Final round interviews will also consist of a stock presentation to the executive board.
